Laboratory in Social Psychology (Summer 2024, Fall 2024). This hands-on lab course provides undergraduate psychology students the opportunity to design and conduct a social psychology experiment from start to finish. The course covers core social psychological theories, idea generation, research design (e.g., between- vs within-subjects design, correlational vs experimental), data collection, data analysis (SPSS or R), and writing and presentation skills. I am also an advocate for inclusive pedagogy and have spent over three years working with the University of Washington Psychology Diversity Steering Committee to create a syllabus rubric to review our courses through an equity lens. Learn more about the project here.
